Carla Perez was born in Manila, Philippines. She is an actress known for playing the iconic character of Rita Repulsa from “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” (1993), Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie (1997), and “Power Rangers Zeo” (1996) as well as reprising her role in the controversial indie short “Power/Rangers” in 2015, which was directed by Joseph Khan. Carla appeared without her Rita costume in 1998 for the “Power Rangers In Space” series finale, “Countdown to Destruction”. Carla has also appeared on Saban’s “VR Troopers” show.
